During every session, participants will be immersed in a spectrum of vibrations, sound, and frequencies, along with somatic breathwork and hypnosis in order to facilitate release of trapped emotions and traumas. The unique combination of intentional, focused breathwork, specially curated music, and various sounds, frequencies, and rhythms help to rewire the brain for a more fulfilling, engaging, liberated life. Post-journey integration and sharing time is included.
